With its 2,974 passengers Carnival Conquest debuted in 2002 as Carnival's first Conquest class ship, which also includes Glory, Valor, Freedom and Liberty. Like its younger sisters, Conquest is a real "city at sea" in every corner. Which means space, there are plenty of options, including a place dedicated to kids aged 12-14, more than a dozen bars and the Teatro sul Mare, a 270-meter LED screen overlooking the main pool. In October 2012, renovations were carried out, a part of the Fun Ship 2.0 line was introduced, which adds even more functions. These include a quartet of themed bars, burgers and burritos and a comedy club. Conquest is inspired by impressionism. Think of an elegant cross between psychedelic Paris of the Moulin Rouge - lots of crazy colors and patterns and shapes - with a little post-impressionism inserted in just the right amount and modality.
