Carnival Freedom

Carnival Freedom is an important step on a trajectory that is rapidly taking hold in Carnival Cruise Lines a family-friendly atmosphere, a multigenerational ship. The Freedom underwent a complete refurbishment, in the spring of 2014, bringing the Fun Ship 2.0 on board. The RedFrog Rum Bar and BlueIguana Tequila Bar on the Lido deck offer more tropical tipples than ever, and spaces like Alchemy Bar add a touch of sophistication. Most of the changes, however, are for families and for the eternal Peter Pan. The Freedom is the first ship to host Camp Ocean, replacing Camp Carnival with entertainment for children on board, and the first ship with Bookville, a reading room. It is also the first ship to have 4 Playlist Productions that alternate every 30 minutes throughout the day.
