Personal information generated by us. When you use our services, we generate certain personal information about you, such as through automated data collection and through inferences based on the information we collect about you and your activity. What we use personal data for, why and for how long

User data may be used for the following purposes:

Providing the requested products and services: we use the information you provide to perform the services you have requested in connection with the Cruise(s) and/or Additional Flight(s), including cruise and/or flight change requests;

  • Contacting you in the event of a change of flight schedule or flight cancellation: We send you communications about the services you have requested and any changes to those services. These communications are not for marketing purposes and cannot be deactivated;
  • Credit card or other payment card verification/screening: we use payment information for accounting, billing and auditing purposes and to detect and/or prevent fraudulent activity;
  • Authenticate account credentials and identify the user, to the extent necessary to access the Services and ensure the security of the user's account;
  • Administrative or legal purposes: We use your data for statistical and marketing analysis, systems testing, customer surveys, maintenance and development, or to respond to a dispute or complaint. Our role as data controllers. In the context of applicable EU legislation and similar data protection schemes, we generally act as data controllers, i.e. we determine the purposes and methods of processing your personal information. Shipping Companies or Tour Operators and Travel Agencies, with whom we may put you in contact in order to make bookings, are also data controllers. We will only process your personal data if we have a legal basis to do so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons why we have collected and need to use your personal data. In most cases we will need to process your personal data in order to process your booking, enter into the travel contract with you and perform the relevant contract.
